Customer’s return request days limit.
1.Should be request within 7 days Return/refund, replacement or exchange process.
1.Physical Condition of product after customer’s receiving for return request.
2.During delivery if customer found the order box is tempered or open then customer should have immediately refuse the order and make a video of order box for further process.
3.After receiving product we strongly recommended that customer make a proper video of product unboxing.
4.If customer does not make product unboxing video properly we shall not be able to hearing any request.
5.After verification If product accidentally/intentionally damaged by the customer then we shall not be able to hearing any request.
Return and Pick-Up Processing
1.Customer address can be changed only when pickup facility will be available at that address.
2.If your shipping and billing address will not support to our return pickup facility then product cannot be returned.
3.After successful return we shall initiate replace or refund that may take about the minimum period of 90 Days.
4.If product does not support return policy then product cannot be return/replace or refund.
5.If refund create then customer should have authorised own bank account in which we shall transfer the refund amount.
6.During refund if found any miscellaneous charge, service charge, Tax or Courier charge included in your order then it will be deducted.
