The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and the terms “Customer” refer to buyer “Visitor” ”User” refer to the users.
(A) CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:-
1.Customer has to fill the registration
form properly online or offline method.
2.All details should be furnished
correctly in the online or offline registration form with all details.
3. Registered Customer has to
abide by all the terms and conditions as laid by ajitam.in.
4. Customer’s Id proof should be
correct in all respect and nothing should be concealed and secrecy and policy
of the ajitam.in will not be exposed anywhere/or in any way or to any
individual and secrecy must be maintained by the Customer or his family member
or any one related to Customer.
5. If at any point of time it
comes to the notice to ajitam.in that Customer has transgressed or infringed
the rules and regulation as well term and condition of the ajitam.in may take legal
actions civil or criminal or both within the Munger jurisdiction.
6. All loses will be recouped by
the Customer to the ajitam.in which is caused by the Customer in any manner at
any point of time and at any places.
7. Customer is bound to maintain the goodwill of ajitam.in in all respect and Customer is also bound and expected to spread the business of ajitam.in and not to borrow or to make proxy or to make pseudo or to misrepresent or do anything against in disguise which make damage in anyway or anywhere to ajitam.in and if so happen or committed by the Customer to the ajitam.in then ajitam.in is fully empowered to sue the Customer at Munger court under civil and criminal laws of the country and will realise all the monetary losses and all other kind of losses.

User agrees that neither AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED nor its group companies,proprietor,directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to AJITAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Ads and repairing services related TERM CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
a) Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Munger Court only.
b) The company reserves all its rights. Here Company means “AJITAM Ops Pvt. Ltd”. Services means Ajitam Ads Creator and Repairing Services.
c) If the customer’s house is visited by the service executive, the customer will have to pay the prescribed visiting charges in advance
immediately. The visiting charge will not be refunded by the company under any circumstances and the customer will not force the company
to refund the visiting amount.
d) If extra parts will be used in the repairing of the goods, then the customer will have to pay the expected amount in advance, only then other
work related to repairing will be started, otherwise the company’s service executive will return after receiving only the visiting charge fixed
by the company.
e) Separate repairing charge for each item has been fixed by the company. If the customer gets the item repaired, he will be bound to pay the
cost of the item and the extra parts used in it. The cost of extra parts will have to be paid separately by the customer to the company and
separate service charges for each extra part will have to be paid by the customer to the company.
f) If there is any defect in the customer’s goods during repairing, then the company will not have any responsibility for it. The entire work will
be done at the customer’s own personal risk. The company will not be bound to pay any damages to the customer in any form or under any
circumstances in case of any defect in the goods during repairing.
